Orwin Manor Association is a voluntary membership neighborhood association for the residents of the Westminster Section of Orwin Manor. Located in Orlando and Winter Park, our neighborhood is along Orange Avenue between 17/92 and Clay Street (just north of Florida Hospital). This section of Orwin Manor (read our history to learn about our name) was started in 1924 and numerous homes date from the mid 1920’s.
We are known for our tree lined streets, the eclectic architecture of our homes, the social events we hold in the Park at Orwin Manor, the Mind Your Manor newsletter published quarterly, our great location just minutes from downtown Winter Park and College Park, and most importantly our friendly residents.

Orwin Manor is one of the few neighborhoods that can proudly offer age and tradition, and as such, we welcome those residents who desire to seek historic designation for their homes. Please visit our Hot Topics page for more information on what is required to designate your house as a “City of Winter Park Historic Home”. |
