Welcome to the Neighborhood!
The information included on this page should answer many questions you may have about the city government, ordinances and the services they provide. At the bottom of this page, you’ll find links to general information, a membership enrollment form, and a brick order form. These are in PDF format so you can easily print them as needed.
The History of Orwin Manor has been researched by our Historical Committee from records handed down by long time residents, old newspapers and many of your neighbors’ abstracts.
Our handbook has been provided to each family in Orwin Manor. Please contact one of our board members when you know of a new neighbor who has moved into the neighborhood so that we may greet them with a copy of this handbook. If you should move from the neighborhood please leave this handbook for the new resident as a greeting.
The Association was chartered in 1983 for the purpose of protecting and maintaining the civic and general welfare of the residents. It is imperative that an organization be in place for those times when threatening pressures endanger our neighborhood. The Association has represented the neighborhood many times on growth and traffic issues that would affect our way of life.
An annual meeting in January elects our Board of Directors which governs the association and alerts its members to issues of concern in the neighborhood.
The Board meets every other month on the third Tuesday. Meetings are open to residents of Orwin Manor Westminster. The Board calls general meetings of residents as needed to inform us of issues pertinent to our neighborhood.
The OMA newsletter, Mind Your Manor is published and delivered four times a year to all residents of Orwin Manor. If you have not received a newsletter please contact info@orwinmanor.org.
